UNIFIRA Limited
Effective Date: [24/02/2026]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Unifira website located at https://www.unifira.com and the enterprise software platforms provided by UNIFIRA Limited, including UNICUS and AIOps Admin.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
UNIFIRA Limited is registered in England and Wales at 30 Avenue Road, Sutton, England, SM2 6JB.
Unifira provides enterprise software solutions designed to support business operations and cloud infrastructure management.
UNICUS provides ERP functionality for finance, HR, operational workflows, and analytics.
AIOps Admin provides cloud cost monitoring, infrastructure analysis, migration planning support, backup systems, disaster management visibility, and operational intelligence.
Our services analyze infrastructure usage, billing metadata, and performance metrics to provide cost optimization insights and monitoring visibility.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Unifira does not assume operational control of customer infrastructure and does not automatically modify customer environments.
To access certain services, customers must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your account.
Unifira may suspend or terminate access if account activity violates these Terms or poses security risks.
AIOps Admin requires integration credentials to access customer cloud environments.
By providing credentials, you confirm that:
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest and protected during transmission.
Under the current service model, integrations are configured with read-only permissions unless otherwise formally agreed.
Unifira may use encrypted long-term API keys and temporary authentication tokens to maintain secure communication between systems.
Customers may revoke or rotate credentials at any time.
Where supported, customers may implement BYOK configurations.
Under BYOK models, customers retain control over encryption keys used to secure certain platform data. Unifira does not claim ownership of customer-managed encryption keys.
In certain configurations, Unifira may provide an integration agent deployed within a customer-controlled environment. The agent operates under permissions defined by the customer and securely transmits authorized monitoring and analytics data to the Unifira platform. Customers retain authority over agent deployment, configuration, and removal.
Customers agree not to:
Unifira provides its services on a subscription basis. Access to UNICUS and AIOps Admin is granted according to the subscription plan and service scope selected by the customer.
Subscription tiers may vary based on user access, infrastructure integrations, analytics features, monitoring coverage, backup systems, migration support, or enhanced security options such as BYOK or agent-based deployments.
Fees, billing terms, renewal conditions, and payment schedules are defined in the applicable order form or service agreement. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Unifira does not store full payment card information.
Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension of services.
All intellectual property rights in the Unifira platform, including software, branding, and documentation, remain the property of UNIFIRA Limited. Customers retain ownership of their own data.
Unifira provides monitoring, analytics, migration support, and cost optimization tools using commercially reasonable efforts and industry-standard security practices.
The services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific financial or performance outcomes.
Analytics insights and cost recommendations are intended to support customer decision-making. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making independent infrastructure and operational decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Unifira’s total liability arising from the services shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Unifira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. This limitation reflects a reasonable allocation of risk for subscription-based enterprise software services.
Unifira may suspend or terminate services if customers violate these Terms or create material security risks. Customers may discontinue services subject to applicable contractual notice requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
